Clinic appointment requests
Tune Clinic manages clinical appointment requests and subsequent care. The booking form submits directly to the clinic’s booking service hosted with Supabase in Seoul, South Korea. It collects your name, email, optional phone, preferred appointment, treatment interests, optional notes and the required consents. The website source is recorded to distinguish requests arriving here from requests on the clinic website.
Personal-information consent and health-information consent are separate required choices. Requests for people who do not attend are retained for up to 12 months under the clinic’s booking disclosure. Records created during actual care follow the clinic’s record policies. No marketing consent is bundled with booking. Read Tune Clinic’s privacy policy for its full processing, service-provider, rights and contact details.
Business inquiries
The business form is separate from clinical booking. Your name, email, optional organization, message and consent record are stored in a private table in the Seoul Supabase project for responding to your inquiry. Authorized administrators can access these records. Please do not include health information. You can request access, correction or deletion through the email address above. Inquiry records are retained while the conversation is active and reviewed for deletion within 12 months of the last contact, unless a continuing agreement or applicable obligation requires retention.
Security and hosting
GitHub Pages hosts this website and may process technical connection information to serve it. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for abuse and may process device and network information. These providers may process technical data internationally. Form records are stored in Seoul; this does not mean every hosting or security request remains in Korea.

Optional analytics
Where enabled, Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics. We measure page visits, reading depth, active reading time and selected navigation clicks. We do not send form fields or health details. Analytics is excluded from booking and business-inquiry pages. The URL query string and fragment are excluded from our events. Treatment and concern pages are grouped under the general care library rather than reporting the specific topic. Google may process analytics information internationally.
You can change your choice with Cookie settings in the footer. Global Privacy Control is respected. Essential storage may hold a recent receipt indicator in your browser tab; it contains no contact or treatment details. See Google’s privacy policy.
External content and links
Clinic video thumbnails load from Tune Clinic; video files load only when you choose to play them. Opening an Instagram post takes you to Instagram, where its privacy practices apply. Email, WhatsApp and other external links are services outside this website.
Your choices
You can browse without optional analytics. If you prefer not to use a form, contact the clinic or business address directly. Please avoid including sensitive information in an initial business email.
