Your concern
Sagging jawline and cheeks ↗
A blurred jawline and lower cheeks usually reflect two separate changes: skin that recoils less because dermal collagen and elastin have thinned, and deeper fat and connective tissue that have descended. They look alike in a mirror but are assessed and treated differently.
Pigmentation, melasma, and dark spots ↗
Brown marks differ in where the pigment sits. Sharply bordered freckles and sun spots usually lie near the surface, while melasma forms broader, hazy patches in which pigment often sits at more than one depth and responds strongly to sun and heat.
Acne scars and post-acne marks ↗
Acne leaves two kinds of mark that are easy to confuse. Flat brown or red discolouration is pigment or dilated vessels with an unchanged surface, and usually fades over months. A scar is a change in contour where collagen was destroyed, and it does not resolve on its own.
Volume loss ↗
With age, elasticity fades and the cheeks drop and hollow at the sides. The face can then read broader, heavier and more tired, even though overall volume has decreased. Separating hollowing from sagging is the first step.
Enlarged pores ↗
Pores around the nose and cheeks can look enlarged in close-up photos or under makeup. A pore is the opening of a hair follicle and its oil gland, and what changes over time is how visible it is, not how many there are.

The First Pigment laser Omakase ↗
A first visit for uneven tone and scattered brown marks that combines Enlighten Pico toning, Clarity Pro for the skin surface, and a targeted laser for individual spots, together with a physician consultation. The physician may adjust or hold back the laser after examining your skin.
The Body Filler Omakase ↗
Non-surgical soft-volume filler for the shoulder line, with hip treatment considered after in-person assessment. It is intended for people at a stable weight whose proportions have not changed with training. The physician maps the area photographically and starts conservatively.
Tune Eye Cell ↗
An under-eye treatment using Lafullen, a polycaprolactone-based collagen-stimulating injectable, placed in layers the physician chooses after examining shadow, hollowing, skin thickness and wrinkle depth. It aims at gradual support rather than immediate filling.
Acne Care Package ↗
An acne program built from photodynamic therapy (PDT) and gold photothermal therapy (Gold PTT), both aimed at the sebaceous glands and inflammation rather than surface soothing alone. The physician grades your acne in person before choosing one, the other or both.
TenTherma Lifting ↗
TenTherma is a monopolar radiofrequency device that heats the dermis, with collagen remodelling over the following months as the intended effect. A range of tip sizes lets the physician match energy delivery to each zone of the face, neck or body.
InMode for the Body ↗
Radiofrequency heat delivered beneath the skin while a suction handpiece holds the tissue, used to address the look of cellulite and loose skin on the abdomen, flanks, thighs, upper arms and back. It is not a weight-loss treatment.
Ultherapy ↗
Ultherapy places focused ultrasound heat at set depths beneath the skin, including the SMAS layer, without an incision. Any change comes from collagen remodelling, so it builds gradually and varies. The physician sets the shot count and placement after examining you.
Thermage ↗
Thermage heats the deep dermis with monopolar radiofrequency through a cooled, vibrating tip, for early looseness on the jawline, cheeks and around the eyes. Some firmness may be felt soon after, but most change depends on collagen remodelling over months.
Thread Lifting ↗
Absorbable threads are placed under the skin, under anesthesia, to reposition sagging tissue in the cheeks, jawline or under the chin. Collagen forming around the threads is the intended second effect. The physician may also conclude that threads are not right for you.
Shurink Lifting ↗
Shurink is a HIFU device that focuses ultrasound into small points of heat in the upper dermis, lower dermis and SMAS layer. Sessions are short, and the physician sets depth and settings after examining you. Collagen remodelling is the intended effect.
Rejuran ↗
Rejuran is a salmon-derived polynucleotide injectable used for skin quality, such as thin, dry or finely lined skin. It does not add volume or change contour. The physician confirms the product, area and number of sessions after examining your skin.
Juvelook ↗
Juvelook is an injectable PDLLA collagen stimulator used in two ways: finely diluted and placed shallow as a skin booster, or prepared thicker and placed deeper for soft volume. The physician chooses the approach, or a mix, and the amount at consultation.
Botox ↗
A physician-led botulinum toxin injection for facial expression lines, a square jaw from an enlarged masseter muscle, and the shoulder and calf lines. Which areas suit you, and the product and units, are confirmed after assessment.
Potenza ↗
Potenza is a radiofrequency treatment for enlarged pores, uneven texture and laxity, delivered through surface-contact tips. After examining your skin, the physician chooses between the SFA, Diamond and DDR tips and sets the depth and settings.
Radiesse ↗
Radiesse is a calcium hydroxylapatite injectable used two ways: at standard concentration to support the jawline and cheeks, or hyperdilute, spread thinly over loose, crepey skin. Structure where it sits is the first effect and collagen stimulation the intended second.
Lip Filler ↗
Filler for lip volume, the lip border and the mouth corners. The physician looks at your lips at rest and while you talk, then agrees the product, amount and areas with you. Swelling and the degree of change vary.
Onda Lifting ↗
Onda uses microwave energy, branded Coolwaves, designed to concentrate in the fat layer under the skin while also warming the dermis. It is used for localized fat, cellulite and loose skin on the body, and for contour and laxity on the face.
InMode ↗
Radiofrequency treatment for fat under the chin, a double chin and lower-face fullness. The physician chooses between the FX module, Forma RF and a fat-reduction step after judging whether the fullness is fat, loose skin or both.
Ear Filler ↗
Small amounts of filler placed at the helix, ear root and earlobe to add dimension, after the physician assesses the shape of your ear. The product, volume and how much dimension to add are confirmed at consultation.
Tune Re2O ↗
Tune Re2O is the clinic's collagen booster menu, which includes Elravie Re2O and Lateigen products, injected to support collagen and elastin in skin that has lost firmness. It aims at structure and skin quality rather than surface hydration.
Tuneliner Face ↗
Tuneliner Face is a non-invasive treatment that delivers focused ultrasound heat and physical micro-vibration through one handpiece, for mild laxity and a softening facial contour. The physician examines your face to confirm whether it fits and how many sessions make sense.
Oligio Thermal RF Lifting ↗
Oligio is a monopolar radiofrequency device that heats a broad column of dermis on the face and around the eyes, with collagen remodelling over months as the intended response. It is not designed to reach the deeper SMAS plane.
Chin Filler ↗
Hyaluronic-acid filler placed at the chin to add projection or length and to smooth the line between the lower lip and chin. The physician decides in person whether the chin, the jawline or neither is the right place to work.
Acne Scar Revision ↗
Staged treatment for rolling, boxcar and icepick acne scars. The starting program combines a Juvelook skin booster with subcision, which uses a needle under the skin to release the bands that pull rolling scars down. Other methods are added only if your scars call for them.
Alltite ↗
Alltite is a radiofrequency skin-tightening device for early laxity along the jawline, jowls and lower face. The handpiece heats the deeper skin in overlapping passes while the surface temperature is watched. Areas and shot count are set after examination.
Cheek Hollow Lifting ↗
Thread lifting for cheeks that have started to sag and look hollow at the sides. It is not filler. The physician assesses skin thickness and where the sagging sits, then chooses the thread type, count and direction.
CoolSoniq ↗
CoolSoniq is a focused ultrasound lifting device with an applicator that cools the skin surface during each pass. It is used for early laxity along the jawline, lower face and brow, with areas and depths marked by the physician at consultation.
Enlighten ↗
Pigment laser treatment with the Cutera Enlighten, which uses a 532nm wavelength for surface pigment and a 1,064nm wavelength for deeper pigment. Listed as Pigmentation Deep Treatment, it is separate from The First Pigment laser Omakase.
Fat-Dissolving Injection ↗
An injection for a small, defined pocket of fat, such as a double chin, fullness along the jawline or a small area on the body. The aim is a local change in contour in people at or near a stable weight, not weight loss.
IV Therapy & Drips ↗
Physician-supervised intravenous drips, with the formulation chosen by the physician after a short medical check of your goals, allergies, medications and health conditions. Whether a drip is appropriate is decided after medical assessment; it does not treat disease.
Laser Hair Removal ↗
Laser hair reduction for the face and body. The physician assesses your skin tone and hair, then sets the wavelength, settings and areas. Hair reduces over a course of sessions spaced weeks apart, and maintenance may be needed.
Neck Wrinkle Filler ↗
Small amounts of fine hyaluronic-acid filler, The Chaeum, placed into horizontal neck creases, with a PDRN injection in the same visit. The realistic aim is softer-looking creases, not a line-free neck.
PDRN Salmon Injection ↗
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) injections use DNA fragments purified from salmon and are aimed at tired, damaged or sensitive skin. The physician decides at the in-person consultation whether PDRN suits your skin and how much to use.
Skin Care & Management ↗
Esthetician-led cleansing, hydration and calming care inside a physician-led clinic, timed around any procedure you are having. Sessions support medical treatment rather than replace it, and the physician's plan decides when a session fits.
