Bring these questions
- Given my ear shape, which points would you treat and how much dimension is sensible?
- What is the plan if lumpiness or asymmetry appears after I return home?
- Is a touch-up likely, and can it fit within my time in Seoul?
Planning from your anatomy
The design is planned against the anatomy of your ear from the start. A front photo with hair tied back and a side photo of each ear, plus your dates, let the clinic say whether filler is reasonable. The physician confirms product and volume in person.
Risks are real
No injection area is low risk, and the ear is not an exception. Swelling, bruising, lumpiness, infection and blockage of a blood vessel are possible. Assessment and technique reduce risk but do not remove it, and the physician reviews your history first.
Sessions and alternatives
Whether one session completes the plan depends on ear shape, product and how it settles; a touch-up is sometimes recommended. Filler elsewhere, such as the lips or chin, involves separate decisions. If filler is not a reasonable option for your ear, the clinic will say so.
Comfort and recovery
The ear is sensitive. Numbing cream or cooling is used first, and discomfort is mostly short and sharp at injection points; breaks can be requested. Temporary bruising, swelling or tenderness can occur, and the physician confirms what to plan for before travel.
