Neck Wrinkle Filler

Small amounts of fine hyaluronic-acid filler, The Chaeum, placed into horizontal neck creases, with a PDRN injection in the same visit. The realistic aim is softer-looking creases, not a line-free neck.

Bring these questions

  • Are my neck lines creases that filler can soften, or loose or crepey skin that needs a different approach?
  • Which warning signs of a blocked blood vessel should I watch for after leaving, and how do I reach the clinic?
  • How visible might bumps or marks along the lines be while I am still travelling?

Is filler right for your neck?

The physician examines the lines, explains what filler can and cannot do, and confirms suitability. When neck skin is loose and hanging rather than creased, filler is unlikely to help much. A daylight photo with your chin level and your dates help the clinic advise before you travel.

Limits

Filler can soften how deep a crease looks, but horizontal neck lines rarely go away completely. The filler is gradually absorbed, and how long the effect lasts varies with product, individual and neck movement. Maintenance is discussed rather than promised.

Alternatives

Fine crepey skin across the whole neck may call for skin treatments instead, such as polynucleotide or PDRN injections. Hyperdilute Radiesse is used with the intent of stimulating collagen in crepey or loose neck skin. The physician explains which option suits your lines.

Risks and recovery

The neck is delicate, so small, measured amounts are used. Guidance on hyaluronic-acid filler stresses prompt recognition and treatment of a blocked blood vessel, and no injection area is described as safe. Small bumps, marks, swelling or bruising along the lines can follow.

A source to discuss

Guidance on hyaluronic-acid fillers emphasizes prompt recognition and treatment of a blocked blood vessel; it does not establish the safety of this neck treatment or remove the risk of complications.

General preparedness for a blocked blood vessel after cross-linked hyaluronic-acid filler, relevant to the hyaluronic-acid component of this treatment. It is not neck-specific safety or efficacy evidence, and it is not evidence for The Chaeum with PDRN as a combined plan.

Clinical practice guidance rather than a trial. It has no enrolled cohort, reports no complication rate, compares no products, and cautions against describing any injection area as safe.
