A consultation companion

The First Pigment laser Omakase

A first visit for uneven tone and scattered brown marks that combines Enlighten Pico toning, Clarity Pro for the skin surface, and a targeted laser for individual spots, together with a physician consultation. The physician may adjust or hold back the laser after examining your skin.

Bring these questions

  • Which of my marks are surface spots, and do any look like melasma that needs a gentler plan?
  • Would my skin tone or recent sun exposure change or postpone any part of the laser today?
  • How might treated spots look while I am still travelling, and whom do I contact if a reaction worsens at home?

What is checked before any laser

The physician looks at the type and spread of pigment, your skin tone and any recent tanning. A deep tan, an active acne flare or rash, pregnancy or breastfeeding can each defer the laser. Darker skin may be treated with adjusted settings, or the targeted step changed or postponed.

What one visit can and cannot do

This is designed as a low-commitment introduction, not a course. Visible change and its timing vary, and pigment is not promised to clear. Melasma tends to be managed over time rather than removed, so it may need a different plan than this visit offers.

Other starting points

If the pigment appears deeper or more widespread, the separate Enlighten pigment treatment may fit better. If breakouts keep leaving new marks, acne control may come first. The consultation can also cover lifting, filler or skin quality, with no obligation to book anything more.

Recovery and travel

Redness, warmth and sensitivity are common, and treated spots can darken or crust lightly for a while. Whether you can fly the same day is decided after the physician sees how your skin responded; an itinerary is not medical clearance. Written aftercare is provided.
