Deciding whether threads fit
The physician examines sagging in the mid-face, jawline and under the chin and marks the vectors the threads will follow. Very heavy skin excess, active skin infection or a recent procedure in the same area can make threads unsuitable. Blood thinners and supplements should be mentioned beforehand.
How long it holds
The threads are absorbed over time. How much change holds, and for how long, depends on the person, skin, thread choice and technique, and cannot be promised. Thread lifting repositions tissue; where the issue is lost volume, threads alone may not address it.
Alternatives to discuss
